んん？、総本家 って、ここだったのか…
… 昔、この界隈に 住んだ事が あるが、ここに 蕎麦屋が あった事すら、記憶にない。
そのくらい、地味な 蕎麦屋である。
平日 昼 12:30 ころ。
すぐに 入れる。
注文したのは…
★ 天ざる蕎麦 ¥1,550
街の蕎麦屋としては、比較的に、割高に 感じるも…
… 天ぷら の量は多い。
逆に バランス 悪く、蕎麦の量が 少ない。
天ぷら は 海老、人参、しめじ、さつま芋、大葉。
衣 ベッタリ だが、サクッと 揚がっている。
ダシ は 辛口。
蕎麦は、一般的な、街の 蕎麦屋の味。
まぁ、当たり前に 美味しいと 思う。
蕎麦湯が ドロドロ…
… これを 飲むと、かなり 腹一杯に なる。

こちらの 蕎麦屋も、ほぼ 満席。
空席は あるが …
… 荷物・雑貨が 乱雑に置かれていて、使えない。
さて置き。

天ぷら蕎麦 は、〈えび・なす・さつまいも〉が入ってる。
衣の 美しい 天ぷら。
その 見た目通り、味も 間違い無し。
