いゃ～、この人形焼、ほんと美味しいですね。
皮は薄皮、餡は甘い中に塩気を感じる。
その配分が絶妙だぁ♪

ここの人形焼ほんと好きなんですよ。
とにかくメッチャ甘い、餡子ずっしりって感じでもう餡子のみを食べてるって程多いです、しかし薄～くコーティングしているその皮もしっとりとしていてないと困るんですよ...
