今日さ集まりがあったのでコース料理です。先ずは前菜からと言うより、洋風の茶碗蒸しからです。味は優しいコンソメの具沢山の茶碗蒸しで海鮮の味は出ていますがタコがちょっと固かったので日本料理の技を取り入れて欲しい気がします。スープはコーンスープで旨さが感じられる味です。魚料理は甘鯛のタプナードソースで焦がした鱗がカリカリで黒オリーブとアンチョビの香りがオリーブ油と共に濃厚な味になっています。肉料理は牛ヒレ肉のステーキブラウンソースで肉は柔らかく舌を幸せにします。デザートはフルーツ3種とレアチーズケーキとバニラアイスクリームです。お腹の具合もちょうど良く美味しく頂きました。
