地元で愛される蕎麦屋、いなのやでランチしてきました。
立ち食いではなく、きちんと座れる蕎麦屋です。
■親子丼
注文したのは親子丼。1,300円と町の蕎麦屋としてはちょっとお高い価格設定。
蓋の閉まった丼とお吸い物、お新香がお盆に乗って登場です。
この蓋を開ける瞬間が良いんですよねー。
じっくり蒸らされて半熟になった親子丼のお目見え。
一口サイズにカットされた鶏肉と卵をいただきます。
出汁はたっぷりつゆだくですが、甘さ控えめのあっさり系。
旨味が凝縮されていますねー。ご飯多めでボリュームあります。
