東京へ行った際に夕食を食べるために立ち寄りました。
場所は南千住駅から南西へ400メートルほど行った住宅街の中にあります。
お店は下町に残る昔ながらの定食屋さんといった雰囲気です。
特ロースカツ定食を注文。
出てきたとんかつは厚さは普通ですが、柔らかくジューシーでサクサクな衣も良い感じでご飯が進む味です。
特別高級な豚肉を使っているわけではないですが、作り手の腕で豚肉の良さを最大限まで引き出されています。
むしろ高級感のあるとんかつよりこちらのお店のようなとんかつの方が昔から慣れ親しんだとんかつに近くて自分好みでした。
南千住周辺での食事にオススメです。
