町屋駅徒歩３分程､１９４８年(昭和２３年)創業 もつ焼きの｢小林｣｡
町屋には初めての上陸､あまり時間も無いのでもつ焼きの名店｢小林｣さんへ一直線です｡
｢小林｣は串煮込みとその煮汁をベースにしたつけ汁で頂くつけ麺が名物です｡
綺麗な藍色の暖簾には " もつ焼き " と大きく書かれた文字と家紋のみ､良い雰囲気の暖簾ですね｡
これだけで､ここは良いお店だよ～と声を掛けられている感じがします｡
店内は右手前にある厨房を囲んで奥に伸びるJ字型､１５人程のカウンターのみ､
奥のカウンターがカーブする所に串煮込みの鍋がドーンと鎮座しています｡
運が良いことに先客は２名のみ､串煮込み鍋の前が空いていたので折角ですから鍋の真ん前にお邪魔しました｡
串煮込みはグツグツ煮得ているイメージが有りましたが､沸騰を避け静かに温められていると言った感じがします｡
酎ハイ(３５０円) と串煮込みを一皿(５本､４００円)､煮玉子(９０円）を一緒にお願いしました｡
串煮こみはオビ､シロ､フワ､ガツ､ハチノスの５種類を１本ずつ入れてくれるそうです｡
それにしても串も玉子も何とも良い色していますねぇ～｡
その味は以外にもしつこくなく､あっさりとしてとても美味しいですね｡
評判のつけ麺も頂きたかったのですが残念ながら時間切れです｡
これは是非もう一度伺いたいですね｡
