メニューはいろいろありますが、おすすめは生姜焼き。
ハンバーグやメンチも美味しいが、生姜焼きがベストです。
比較的肉厚ですが、柔らかく、肉の水分を残したまま焼き上げたようなふんわりした食感。
カニクリームコロッケは揚げ方が素晴らしく白い。
