京成線の町屋駅のプラットホームから見える餃子工房の四文字熟語に魅せられて
工房見学とばかりにこちらのお店をランチタイムに訪ねてきた。
ランチタイムには餃子とのセットメニューがいろいろとあるようで
今回は餃子とチャーハンのランチセットを注文してみる事にした。
それにしてもこれで760円てかなり安いですね。
先に届いたチャーハンは結構なボリュームでしっとり系。
具材のふわふわ卵と味の染み込んだチャーシューが特徴的。
ネギが少ないのが残念であったがまずまずの美味しさであった。
続いて届いた餃子はほどよい焦げ目がいい感じで
皮がパリパリで中はジューシー。
ひと口かぶりついたときの皮と餡の一体感が素晴らしい。
中の餡もしっかりと旨味が凝縮されていてなかなかレベルの高い餃子だ。
でもこの餃子ってちょっと王将の餃子に似ているかもなどと考えながら
軽やかに食べ進めてペロリと完食してしまった。
これは後から知って妙に納得した話しなのだが
このお店元々は餃子の王将のFC店として経営されていて
後々現在の名称とスタイルに変わったとの事である。
なるほど王位継承ならぬ王将継承として王将の血が脈々と受け継げられていた訳だ。
今度は夜に訪れて
ビールできゅっとやりながらこの餃子を楽しみたいなと思わせてくれるような
なかなかに美味しい餃子工房の餃子なのであった。
