女子栄養大学短期大学 共同開発、荒川満点メニュー、野菜もりもり餃子セット ¥990.- を頂きました。
小盛りのライス、野菜スープ、大振りの餃子、フルーツのセットです。
通常メニューとは別シートでしたので、看板メニューだと思い、オーダーしました。
餃子は、見た目はかなりのインパクト。大きい。
餡はペースト状の野菜で、ニンニクとニラが前面に出てきます。なかなか美味しい。
皮もモチモチで美味しい。
••• のですが、皮の接着が甘過ぎて、かじると接着面が剥がれて中身が出て来てしまいます。
もう少し技術を磨いて欲しいと思います。
そして、野菜スープは具沢山で嬉しいのですが、肝心のスープの出汁が薄くて、旨味があまり感じられませんでした。
率直に言うと、あまり美味しくない。
改善点は豊富にありますが、お店の雰囲気は好きな感じです。
