オーダーしたもの
『塩海老ワンタンメン』
少し遅めのランチで伺いました。
昔ながらの中華ラーメン屋さんのような佇まいです。もしかしたら一見さんは苦手そうかな？と一瞬思ったのですが、
入ってみると全くそんなことはなく、朗らかで明るい店主さんがワンオペで一生懸命接客してらして自分が恥ずかしくなりました。
塩海老ワンタンメンは予想以上に丁寧に作り上げられているのがよくわかり、とても温かみがあり美味しかったです。
支那そばだそうで、細いストレート麺、やわらかでとても長かったです。
やわらかといっても伸びているような嫌な感じは全くありません。
スープのお味もちょうど良い塩気でシンプルであっさり、優しさが溢れていました。
チャーシューもしっとりジューシーです。
また海老ワンタンは小ぶりではありますが、ワンタンの生地がしっかりめで生地感を楽しめて好みでした。
これだけの高クオリティでこのお値段…心配になります。もう300円くらい多く払いたくなりました。
