センマイ刺しは、タレも美味しくさっぱり。1人で一人前食べられそう。
ハラミも、柔らかく美味しい。
上ロースは、脂のサシの割にひつこくない。上タンは、柔らかく美味しいがたくさんは食べられない。
レバーは、臭みなく甘くてとても美味しい。
コムタンクッパは、脂の多め。味はさっぱり。
