焼肉一筋40年！尾久の原公園そばの老舗焼肉店かくやき
■オモニの似顔絵が目印、焼肉かくやき
町屋から電化通りを尾久の原公園に向かっていくと、この大きな似顔絵を見たことがある方も多いのではないでしょうか？
こちらは40年前から続く老舗の焼肉店、かくやきです。
オレンジでまとめられた店内は結構広く、40人くらいは入れそう。
■全部手作り！キムチ盛り合わせとナムル盛り合わせ
定番のキムチとナムルはオモニの手作り。お嫁に来てから40年間作り続けているそうです。
■キャベツサラダ
もう一つの人気メニューがキャベツサラダ。
ボリュームが多く、手作りのドレッシングはピリ辛。
やみつきになるリピーターが多いとか。
■タン塩
厚切りのタン塩。
機械を使わずに手で切っているため全体的に厚切りです。
枚数は同じでもチェーン店よりグラム数は多いはず。珍しいのは下味が付いていて、レモンを絞らずに食べても美味しいこと。
途中でレモンも絞って両方の味を食べ比べるのがオススメ。
■カルビ
カルビも厚切り！自家製タレに漬けられたカルビは甘辛く、ビールもご飯も進みます。
■辛ラーメン
〆に辛ラーメン。インスタントのラーメンもオモニの手にかかれば一変。
辛いスープに野菜と玉子が加わりまろやかな味に。
40年の熟練の技が光る、チェーン店とは一線を画した焼肉屋でした。

■焼肉かくやき
町屋の電化通りのかくやきが場所はそのまま、建物が新築されてリニューアルオープンしました。
創業40年以上の老舗。かくやきで育ったという人もたくさんいるみたい。贈られた花の量が物語ってますね。
■生ビール
まずはやっぱり生ビール。アサヒスーパードライです。
お酒を頼むとお通しとして出てくるナムルとキムチ。
もちろんオモニのお手製です。もうこれで何杯か飲めちゃうんじゃないだろうか。
■牛タン
やっぱり最初は牛タン！分厚いですねー。
しっかりした歯応えと味わいです。
■赤ワイン
以前はなかったワインが追加されていました。お肉にはやっぱり赤ワイン。
タンニン強めな感じ。
■ハラミ
赤身肉といえばやっぱりハラミ。
ホルモンに分類されたりするけど、肉々しいハラミが好きです。
厚さ十分にカットされたハラミは食べ応え抜群！
肉々しいです。
■カルビクッパ
かくやきのカルビクッパは赤くないんです。
辛くもない。むしろ甘い。野菜の旨味がたっぷり出てて味わい深いです。
肉の脂やお酒で荒れた胃袋を癒してくれる感じ。
お値段も下町価格。他のお店とのコラボもあるようです。
