今日は町屋住まいの知人に誘われ、町屋まで。
行きつけの美味しい焼き肉屋さんがあるからとのお誘いで、初めての土地に来てみました。
知人は店員さんとは顔なじみ。
そんな焼き肉屋さんに同行は嬉しい限り(^o^)
まずは、私は手作りアンズハイ500円、あとはアサヒ瓶ビール中550円。
グラスの中にはドライを戻して作ったようなアンズが2個。柔らかくて意外な味
サービスでナムル、カクテキ、キムチがきます。
お肉は、タン塩1200円、カルビ900円、上カルビ1200円、上ミノ900円とホルモン800円を2人分で盛り合わせを注文。
なんと知人のおかげで裏メニューのガツ刺しが！
あとは、チヂミ830円、サンチュ530円、シメに冷麺950円を注文。
タンは厚くて美味しい！
カルビは上じゃなくても十分旨い。
上は、脂身が溶ける柔らかさ。
ミノやホルモンも新鮮なので、サクサクとした食感。美味しい。
オリジナルの甘めのたれが本当に美味しい。
チヂミはコンロで香ばしく温めて食べると格別。
冷麺はダシも美味しい、飲める冷麺。
裏メニューのガツ刺しでさえ、臭みがなく、いいお仕事をされてる。
サービスのキムチやキュウリが本当に美味しく、となりのテーブルではごはんでモリモリ食べている。
肉に添えたトック餅が焼くと意外な美味しさ。
久しぶりに満席のお店を見ました。
駅から近くなくても地元の人気店。
また機会を作って来たいです！
