■滝乃家 本店
明治通りからちょっと入ったところにある滝乃家本店でランチしてきました。
荒川区や田端近辺でよく見かける滝乃家は前からチェーンなのか暖簾分けなのか気になってたんですが、ここが大元なんですかねー。
席数は多めですが、ほぼ満席の人気店です。
■鴨とじ御膳
変わったメニューが多かったんですが、鴨とじご飯と蕎麦のセット、鴨とじ御膳にしました。
蕎麦は暖かいのと冷たいの、ざる蕎麦か冷やしたぬきを選べます。
鴨とじご飯と聞いて、親子丼的なのを想像してたんですよ。
それがまさか汁ごと。多分これ、鴨とじ蕎麦の蕎麦抜きですよね。
確かに鴨とじご飯だけれど意表を突かれました。
濃いめの出汁、ふわふわの卵、しっかりした歯応えと味の鴨はもちろんご飯にも合います。
天かすの食感が楽しい冷やしたぬきですが、これはそのまま食べるのも良し、鴨とじ汁につけて食べても美味しい。
蕎麦抜きに蕎麦を追加するという邪道ですが、鴨とじ蕎麦、鴨とじご飯、たぬき蕎麦と一度で三度美味しいランチでした。
