本日のきのこ隊は、荒川近辺の美味しい焼き鳥屋さん探訪。
この日２軒目は弁天 総本店さんに行ってきました!
大通りから一本奥に入るので、こんなところにあるんだ～と驚き。
お店はこぢんまりしていて、レトロな雰囲気がありました。
そしてお料理が美味しい!
白レバーのニンニクバター炒めは、ボリュームもありお酒が進む!
ささみは、中がほんのり赤い、しっとりした好きなタイプー。
ささみの黄身酢は初めてだったけど、これも美味しかった。
そして、ついつい舐めたくなるとろっとした黄色いやつ。笑
熱燗とともに、楽しいひとときでした(*^_^*)
