仕事でタイミングを逃して、滑り込みで昼ごはん。
「あつめ」は水木金だけランチ営業をしてる。
以前に入ったときは豚肉うどん定食を食したのだが、醤油で炊いた料理やつゆが大の苦手で、肉とうどんだけ食べて、つゆは一口でやめた失敗の経験があったため、今回はモツ煮うどん定食をいただいた。
鉄鍋で提供されるモツ煮が熱い。と思ったのも束の間。こんにゃくや根菜が多く、肝心のモツが少ない。
食べている途中で、自分は大根の味噌煮を食べている錯覚が起きるくらいだ。まぁ、栄養バランスはそちらのほうがいいのだが、やはりモツをもっと食べたい。
味は煮込んだ赤味噌の特徴なのか酸味があって、かつ塩分が高く感じられる。ここまで味が強いとモツの甘みも感じられない。というかモツがそもそも少ない。
値段は抑えてあるけれど、やや物足りなさを感じる。
町屋駅界隈は焼きトン屋さんなどモツ煮込みの名店が多く、ボトムが高いので、古民家風のいい雰囲気の店だけに頑張ってほしい。
