荒川区の町屋の住宅街でみつけた名店でした。
生のメニューが豊富でどれも新鮮で美味しいな〜と思ってたら、肉の卸問屋さんらしい。
その日屠殺された豚をその日の中にバラして提供してくれているらしい！そりゃ新鮮だわ！
タン刺しはエロいくらいまろやかなタンでした！
シロ、ホルモン？は新鮮すぎて弾力があり過ぎでしたが、カシラ、レバーは焼き加減も最高で絶品でした！
締めのスープもご飯行きたくなるコクうまでした。
女将さんの娘さんは江戸っ子っぽくていいひとでした！
