住宅街にポツンと小さく看板が出ています
知人に18時に予約して貰い初来店しました
店内はカウンター5席に小上がりです
全てが予約で埋まってますね
営業始まってもひっきりなしに予約の電話が掛かって来てはカレンダーに記入して行きます
おかみさん曰くこれでも大分落ち着いたそうだ
某BSの番組で放送された翌日は店の周りに長蛇の列だったそうだ
創業70年になるそうで芝浦から直で仕入れているそうです
刺しから注文でハツ､コブクロ､センマイ､ガツ
臭みなんて更々無く柔らかくて美味い！
焼きもシロ､レバー､ハツ､ハラミ､カシラ､アブラ
大振りの肉で焼きも美味いです！
煮込みもいただきました
モツが柔らかくみそ味で美味いー
本当にこう言う店が家の近くに欲しいですね
