今日はちょいと仕事が忙しく(´`:)
早い時間から営業していてさっさと食べられるお店がないか探し(*^^)
条件的にﾋﾟｯﾀﾘなお店だったので～(^^)/

何となく今日は普通の牛丼より！
ねぎ玉牛丼の方が食べたくなったので～(*^o^*)

【食べた感想】
牛丼の肉は小間肉で柔らかく牛肉の味と甘味はまずまず感じられる(#^_^#)
煮汁は煮詰まっていて少し塩気が高めだが自分的には好きなお味(*^^*)
甘さが少なく醤油の塩気がたったお味で煮汁がｸﾄﾞくない(*^-^*)
よく煮込んでいるので牛肉に煮汁が染みている(*^▽^*)
玉ﾈｷﾞは柔らかく玉ﾈｷﾞの甘味が引きだされている(^^*)
汁だくにしたが割かし少なめでご飯がﾍﾞﾁｬﾍﾞﾁｬになりすぎておらず丁度よい(๑'ᴗ'๑)
ご飯は普通の硬さでふっくらと炊けており運が良かったのか炊きたての香りがした(*´∀`*)
青ﾈｷﾞは軽く味つけされていてｼｬﾘｼｬﾘとした食感が加わってよい(^-^*)
しかし青ﾈｷﾞの甘味と香りは弱く切りおきなので風味がとんでいる(;^_^A
生卵の味・甘味・ｺｸは弱く少し水っぽい↓
とん汁は具沢山で蓮根以外はどれも柔らかく煮あがっている(*^o^*)
塩気は丁度よいが具材の豚肉と野菜からの出汁があまりよく出ていない(-ω-;)
