昨夜はオフ会参加で町屋の米粉パスタイタリアン「かくれん穂゛」へ。この店は先日の参議院選挙に出馬したＦＢＦさんから２月に教えてもらっていたけど、遠方ゆえ来店できぬまま昨夜に。ただ昨夜のオフ会はグルメ系ではなかったので料理はパーティーメニューレベルだったため、これではこの店の実力は分かるまいと酔狂にも連夜の来店に。
米粉のパスタを主軸にして、バーニャカウダ、マクワウリと生ハムのカルパッチョ。マクワウリと言えば十数年前に通っていた現ミシュラン３っ星「祇園さゝ木」店主に話したらネタにしてくれた昔を思い出しつつ、エグみのないマクワウリを完食。パスタはナスと美桜鶏の塩ヤキソバ風をまず食べてから、納豆とおろし醤油を麻炭麺で食べようとしたら売切と言われて同じ麺に。米粉の方がもちもち感が強かった。
開店時間に入店するとすでに店内には客３組いて、その後も増え続け、地元の常連客が多いと実感。米粉のお好み焼きなど食べてみたいメニュー多く、再訪あり。価格がパーティーメニューとほぼ変わらないのにやや驚き。
