今日の午後の打合せは三ノ輪。
打合せ前にランチを済まそうと徳勝樓を初訪してみました。
お店に入ったのは12：24で先客は７組12名とまぁまぁの客入り。
ランチ時にちょっと気の引ける真ん中辺りの５人掛けのテーブルに案内されてラーメン+半炒飯780円と焼き餃子400円を注文すると15分程でほぼ同時に３品到着しました。
ラーメンのスープは鶏豚ベース。
醬油角は立たず少し薄めかな？
少し甘味があって化調も程良くまぁ普通に美味いです。
麺は多加水中太やや縮れ。
少し軟らか目の茹で上がりだけどコシはあります。
チャーシューはロースの煮豚。
軟らかく煮上がって漬けダレの八角が強めに香ります。
メンマはシャクコリ食感の少し甘目の味付。
他の具はワカメとネギです。
チャーハンの具は玉子、グリーンピース、ネギに角切りの人参。
日本人が作るチャーハンと違って、多くはないけど角切りの人参が入っているのは珍しいですね。
ややパラパラ系でオイリー感は無く薄味です。
餃子の皮はやや薄めでクニャっとしています。
少し甘目な餡は少なく皮の中はスカスカです。
食べ終わってみると全体的に薄味な感じで、自分にはちょっと物足りないかな。
