たまの平日休みに前から行きたかった興さんにお邪魔しました。
基本は串焼きのお店ですが、他の一品料理も侮るなかれ。それを少しづつ戴ける？旬菜の四点盛を最初にお願いして、串焼きも五種類お願いしてしました。もも、ササミ(わさび)、ハツ、肉巻きトマト、銀杏でした。
どれも外れはありません！
旬菜は季節の秋刀魚、恩納芋のコロッケなど、串焼きは特にハツがとても新鮮でジューシー。こんなハツは初めてでした。
あとは沖縄の料理も味わえるようで、じーまみー豆腐とラフテーも戴きました。
最後は鶏の出汁がしっかりきいた鶏そばでしめました。
どれもレベルが高く、店員さんもおもてなししていだき満足できました。
近所なのでこれからもお伺いさせていただきます。
