さて私。昨日の飲み過ぎで、結局夕方まで二日酔いの後遺症w。
同僚には、今日はまっすぐ家に帰るよと告げ会社出る。
地下鉄に乗りボーっとしてると、飲み仲間に三ノ輪に美味い焼き鳥屋あるから行ってみてと言われた事に何故か気づくww。
店名解らず、友人にラインするとこちら、行くしかないでしょw。
行くとカウンター、一席空いてる。さて何食べるか。百名店の、トロフィーみたいのがある。
さてオーダー。モモ肉✕２、胸肉、うずら✕２、豚バラ。つくね。いぶりがっこのポテサラ、ビールで。
ビールがきて飲むと元気出ますw。
ポテサラ来ました。いぶりがっことバランス良いです。美味い。
串来ました。まずはモモ肉。丁寧な串刺しと焼き加減素敵。
うずら半熟でこれまた好み。美味い。
胸肉も美味い!豚バラ美味いに決まっとる!
つくね、フワトロ。美味い!
焼き方がいい感じ。
で次はハイボール。追加です。
せせり、ボンジリ。牛スジ煮込み。
せせり、ボンジリ共に美味い!
処理の仕方が丁寧です。
牛スジはエンドレス牛スジ。あっさりしていて美味い!!

全体的にタレは甘ったるくない、私好み。サラッとしています。タレに初めてハマりそうなお店。
