◇5 minutes walk from Minowa Station◇ Enjoy yakitori and seasonal dishes cooked to perfection◎A popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that you can stop by after work
"Ko" is a popular Grilled skewer Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located along Seiniwa-dori street. We recommend the yakitori, which is made with great care from preparation to skewering and cooking. The |
I was in Minowa, so I called "Ko" without any hope of finding a place. They said they were available. The person who answered the phone was very kind and polite. This is really important. I entered the restaurant on time and was shown to the counter. First, I started with a beer. The appetizer was tanuki tofu. For food, I ordered Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) platter and an assortment of seasonal vegetable Small dish. Assortment of seasonal vegetable Small dish Wow, it looks delicious. I couldn't help but say it out loud. All five dishes were original Small dish carefully made one by one. If this is the case, can I just go for it? I'm going to go for it. After consulting with the waiter, I asked for Takada sake. It is a dry sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, as you would expect. They poured me a full glass, but when I asked how much it was, they said it was 500 yen. Cheap! I also had a lot of opportunities to drink Kamo Nishiki Nifuda Sake recently for some reason. It is unpasteurized sake bottled by the barrel. This is 600 yen. I could drink just Small dish platter. Fudo from Chiba Prefecture. Refreshingly dry. This is also 500 yen. By the way, I'm curious about the big eggplant in front of me. Shall I have it grilled? Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) red eggplant is very voluminous even when grilled. It's thick and melts in your mouth. Just when I'd forgotten about it, the yakitori platter came out. Shiitake mushrooms, chicken breast with wasabi, quail, green onion, chicken neck, and meatballs. The soft-boiled quail had a soft yolk, and the Okinawa Soba chicken was firm and delicious. I wanted to finish off with Okinawa Soba, but I was full, so I ordered the special soup, which is said to be the same as the soup for Okinawa soba. Wow, the flavor of the bonito gradually comes over me. I could taste the bonito broth in my mouth until late at night. When I was having trouble deciding on a menu, the staff called out to me, came over to me when I was looking at the refrigerator filled with sake, and quickly cleared away the empty plates. They were very thoughtful and thoughtful. They even bowed and said hello when I was leaving. Taste, value for money, and customer service. A flawless restaurant
