タイトルが示すとおりなのですが、立地的に「町のケーキ屋さん」しかなさそうな熊野前駅において「パティスリー」と言った方が適切なお店です。

ケーキも焼き菓子も全て期待を上回る美味しさです。
さりげなくオリジナリティが加えられているところが良いです。
昭和の時代の年配の方も喜ばせつつ、若い方にも喜ばれるようなケーキです。
【ピノ】はキャラメルの濃密な香りに柚子の爽やかな香りが意外性アリ！
ミルクチョコムースに馴染むナッツの香ばしさも魅力。
「フランス菓子」ではなく日本独自の進化を高次元で表現するケーキだと感じました。
【ゴルゴンゾーラとハチミツのチーズケーキ】は、ゴルゴンゾーラの香りがぶわっと広がり、意外に攻めている！と驚きました。
しかし、ブルーチーズの香りが漂いながらも下世話にならぬ間合いで蜂蜜の香りが広がり、タルトの香ばしさとシナモンの香りが優雅にまとめてくれます。
塩気と甘みのバランスも良い。
日本人が好きな「チーズケーキ」の領分にゴルゴンゾーラを落とし込むのに成功しています。
香りと食感の良い【キャラメルパウンド】、ラムレーズンたっぷりの【大人のラムレーズンケーキ】も美味でした。
