天ぷらそば 400円
生卵 50円
本日の麺は三ノ輪の「長寿庵」さん。
散歩してて店の前をよく通るのですが入るのは初になります。
行列こそ無いものの、大体いつも客は入ってて程よく混んでる店…って印象ですが果たして。
訪問したのは休日の7時ちょい過ぎ。
開店直後ですが既に2人の客が完成待ちの状態でした。
自分「天ぷらそばに生卵で～」
と伝えてカウンター上に450円ぴったりキャッシュオン。
なお支払いタイミングは注文時でもいいし品物と交換時でも良さげでした。
そしてセルフで水を汲んで自席を確保。
そこから待つ事4分、立ち食い蕎麦にしてはちょっと待って配膳です。
店主さん「どんぶりも熱くなってるので気を付けてください」
はいな。
気を付けてカウンターに下してイタダキマスー！
《おつゆ》
節系メインの出汁感十分。
醤油の風味は前面に出過ぎず出汁の旨味を下支え。
バランス良し♪
《蕎麦》
若干茹で時間がかかりますが生蕎麦ではなく茹で蕎麦ですね。
少し柔らかめでフガ感アリ。
《トッピング》
天ぷらは桜エビが香ばしい♪
玉ネギが具の主体で衣多め。
おつゆにしっかり浸して柔らかくしてイタダキマス。
そして終盤に生卵をつついて破ってアマトロ感を楽しみつつ〆
ごちそうさまでした。
全体的にバランスの良い、オーソドックスな蕎麦でしたね～。
このご時世でかけ300円、天ぷら生卵乗っけてもワンコインいかない価格はスバラシイ♪
なお後客は4人入ってて満席手前の状態にまでなってました。
昼より朝の方が混んでんのかな？
