土曜日の11時10分に行くとお客さん2名。そしてすぐに一名来店で、小さい店なので、私たちで何となく混んでる感じ。
注文はカレー2種とドリンクと辛さを選べます。
本日のカレーのチキンとグリーンカレーを頼みます。
注文して20分で出てきます。割と待ちます。
待ってる間に電話が結構鳴るので持ち帰りで遅くなっているイメージです。
サラダはシーザードレッシングがかかっています。
さて、ナンは。少しパリッとしているタイプでモチモチは少ないです。けれどオリーブオイルで光ってて見た目はいいです。
カレーは、辛いだけではない深みもあるのですが、そんなにスパイスは感じません。
グリーンカレーは甘味の中に臭みもあっていい感じです。
とても丁寧に作っている感じがします。、お店の、ガラスも汚れひとつなく、BGMも爽やかです。
オペレーションが早くなればもう少し混むのだと思いました。
