浅草界隈の蕎麦屋とカフェ(喫茶店)の全店制覇計画の一環で国松まで来てみた。蕎麦、うどんのメニューはちゃんとあって蕎麦屋なんだが、煮込みやアジフライ、刺身類など居酒屋メニューが充実していてつまみに飲んでいる客ばっかり。
私は天ぷらそば(1000円)をオーダーしてみた。アジフライもオーダーしたい衝動に駆られつつ我慢。
思ったよりも時間がかかって15分後くらいに天ぷらそばが来た。ちょっと器は小さめで衣の厚い昔出前で運ばれてきたような天ぷらそば。てっきり天ぷらを揚げるのに時間がかかってるんだと思っていたら天ぷらの海老は結構大きいけど熱々じゃなかった。ほうれん草やかまぼこの具にたっぷり汁を吸った天ぷらの衣がいい感じの懐かしさ。
