サンポップ町屋にある中華料理店虎髭の別店舗である。
このお店は何度か利用しているのだが、最初に食べた
パラパラチャーハンの舌触りが忘れられず結局このメニューを
注文してしまう。
この別館でも興味をそそる料理はあるものの、
やはり頼んだのはチャーハンだった。
以前ジャンボチャーハンという、とてつもない量のご飯
が盛られたものを食べたが、塩分が少なめで物足りなさを
感じたので、今回は普通のチャーハンにした。
厨房から聞こえる鍋振りの音が食欲をそそらせ、
到着した時にはテンションが上がっているのが常である。
やはり普通盛りのほうが塩加減もしっかりしているし、
ご飯と油のコーティングがよい。卵の風味も感じられ、
しっとりとした舌触りもよい。
ちょっと高めの価格設定（700円）だけれども、
たまにチャーハンを食べたいときには我慢できるレベル。
