天心ラーメン三河島本店の支店 |
日暮里繊維街の先にある大きな交差点の中華屋さん。
お店の上に大きく「らーめん」の看板が出ており目立つお店。
いつ行ってもお店が開いてなかったのは、最近のコロナのせいかしら。
ようやく開いているタイミングにお邪魔できた。
あつあつの海老ラーメン。
酸辣湯麺のようにとろみ強めのスープはいつまでも冷めることなく、
エビはぷりぷりだし沢山入っていて、他の具材も中華餡もおいしかった。
熱くてなかなか食べ進められなかったせいか、かなりの量に感じた。
料理ご担当の方が中華圏の方のようで、(中国語だと思う言語で話してた)
文化の違いは仕方ないし、マスクもしていて問題ないのだが、
ご年配の男性に多い、カーッと口を鳴らす音がするのはどうにも慣れなかったな、、
うーむ。
