コスパ◎のハンバーグ屋さん(๑>ڡ<๑)
町屋駅から近くのハンバーグレストランです。
11時開店、12時10分入店、先客4組
ランチメニューはハンバーグが数種のソースから選べます。
今回は
デミグラスソース(ライス、小鉢、スープ付き)1050円を注文しました(* 'ᵕ' )
ライスは大、中、小が選べてもちろん大をお願いしました(=ᴗ=)
最初に提供されたマカロニサラダはねじりがあり、さっぱり系のマヨドレに絡んで美味しい(*´ч`*)
そしてハンバーグがジュージューされながら登場！
ハンバーグはぷくっとまん丸ぅ～可愛い(*ˊᵕˋ*)੭ ੈ
ソースもたっぷりとかかっていますね- ̗̀ ( ˶'ᵕ'˶) ̖́-
真ん中から割ると肉汁が逃げてしまう というお店の説明書に習って、端から割ってみても肉汁が、、
わぁーいと逃げ出してしまいました( ˊᵕˋ ;)
焼き加減もレア感はなく焼き過ぎてもいない、私の好みです(•᎑•)
肉質は柔らかくもありますが噛むごとにしっかりと旨みが押し寄せてきますぅ( *˙0˙*)うまー
デミグラスソースは濃過ぎずに優しくコクもある味わい、逃げ出した肉汁達とソースが混ざりあってソースにまろやかさと旨みがどんどん増します！
付け合せのポテトは、小さめのじゃがいもがコロンとしていて中はほっくほくでした！
ミックスベジはデミソースと和えてご飯にかけて食感を楽しみます。
ご飯大の量も結構いい盛りでしたよ( ..›ᴗ‹..)
スープはもやし、チンゲン菜などのコンソメ味。
出来ればハンバーグを塩で一口いただいてみたかった事が心残りなので、近々再訪あると思います( ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )✌︎

もちろんあり、こちらのおつまみセットが前からずぅっと気になっていました(*^^*)
夜は初めての訪問です！
店内のテーブル席に座り、おつまみセットを注文しました！
2名でドリンクと指定のおつまみ2品ずつをチョイス
■ミニオムレツ
バターたっぷりなフワッフワ食感〰️んー美味い！ケチャップもさっぱり系でコクのあるオムレツをさっぱりとしてくれていました！
■コロッケ
衣はサクッとしていて軽い食べ心地です 中はじゃがいもをしっかり感じる素材の美味さ
ソースは優しいデミソースがめっちゃ美味しかったです( ‘-^ )b
■ミニ焼きカレー
こちらは本当に美味しかったです(*´ч`*)
スパイスを感じながらも野菜や牛すじがじっくりと煮込まれた旨みがありブラックペッパーが効いていて 卵でまろやかに仕上がっていました！

安定な美味しさです〰️ホクホク美味い
メインはハンバーグデミソース➕ライスセットを注文しました(*^^*)
ころんとまん丸で端からお箸で少しづついただきます！
少しづつジュわ〜っと出てくる肉汁を楽しみながら 肉の旨みを感じながらデミソースのコクを感じながらご飯を頬張る〰️.°ʚ(*´˘`*)ɞ°.
