前職では取引先の人との関係性構築のために、よく食事に行っていましたが今の職場では流行病のタイミングで転職したからか、そう言ったことは全くありませんでした。

友人関係であるフリーランスの人と飲みに行った時には領収証を欲しがっていたのが印象的でしたが、全額費用として計上することができるからみたいですね。

芸人の世界でも実力のある先輩のために後輩たちが接待することがあるようで、最近ではそのことに関連して芸能活動を休止した人がいましたね。

というわけで本日のランチは #まつもと です。散歩がてら町屋まで歩いてやって来ました。頼んだのは #ハンバーグランチ 1400円です。

味付けが7種類ほどあって自分は #黒デミグラス に #目玉焼き をトッピングしました。店内満席でしたが12分ほどで提供されました。

お店の説明であるハンバーグの美味しい食べ方によると端から切るのが良いとのこと。で、それに従って左端からカットして頂きます。

デミグラスソースのしっかりとした美味しさと肉自体の旨みが感じる #ハンバーグ です。上にかかっているのはクリームでしょうか？ほど良い酸味と甘みを感じるソースです。

中尾彬さんのようなネジネジのパスタもソースと一緒に食べると美味しいですね。その下にあるコーンの甘みも一役買っています。

トッピングした半熟の目玉焼きをとろけさせて、お肉と一緒にいただくのがまた最高ですね。ご飯がどんどんと進みます。

メニュー構成が家の近所にあるモンブランに似ているなと家に帰ってネットで調べてみたらモンブランで7年間料理長をしていたのと浅草橋の洋食大吉でも働いてたようです。

今度は夜に誰かを接待しに来たいなと思います。
