マエケンが出たベスコングルメとかざわつく金曜日など何かとメディアで紹介されるお店。町屋は遠いけど頑張って行きました。混んでると予想していたけどお客さんはチラホラいるくらいで、ああ平日夜はそうでもないのかと。
カウンター席に案内され、目当てのブラックデミグラスハンバーグ1500円を注文。追加でミニサラダ250円も。サラダはフレンチドレッシングを選択。はじめにマカロニサラダとミニサラダが一緒に出てきたのでモシャモシャ食べていると鉄板に乗ったハンバーグがお目見え。ファッキンブラックデミグラスー！
ライスとスープ付きます。
ハンバーグは200グラムくらいかな。そんなに大きくない。張り紙を見ると端から攻めると肉汁が流れないらしい。デミグラスソースはクセのないほんのり苦味のある甘いソースでした。ハンバーグ自体はまあ普通かな。鉄板にこびり付いたソースを何度もスプーンですくってペロペロ頂きました。
うーん美味いなー。ライスとハンバーグ、ライスとハンバーグという風に夢中で食べます。ミニサラダつけたからまだ良いけど、デフォルトでハンバーグの付け合わせがマカロニとコーンってかなりしょほい。そのマカロニサラダが結構美味いけど全体的なバランスが悪いかな。人参やほうれん草、ブロッコリー等の野菜でも付ければ良いのになと思いました。
