When I was looking for dinner at Machiya Station, I noticed this Hamburg, so I went there! I came to the store around 8pm on a weekday, and the place was nearly full, with customers arriving one after another. The menu was extensive and everything looked delicious, but I ordered the most popular dish, Hamburg black demi-glace. Hamburg was firm and juicy, and the sauce was delicious as well. I was satisfied because even Small dish and soup that came with the set were delicious. Thank you for the meal!
