明褐色な平打ちの蕎麦は、星見えず。
冷やしユルめで、水切り適度。
切りムラ少々、端切れ多め。
コシ中庸。
風味まずまず。
挽きぐるみではありませんが、穀物感が強く感じられます。
盛り大健闘。￥800とは思えないレベル。
つゆは中濃。蕎麦に適合したマイルドな味わい。
