10月13日昼12時半入店。前客0人後客0人。
雨降りの中、近所に最近出来た手打ちそばの看板を掲げた当店におじゃましました。
寒さを感じていた為、暖かい蕎麦を啜りたくメニューを探しました。
あれ?焼酎、日本酒、おつまみ等の張り紙メニューばかりです。
思わず店の方に、お酒がメインのお店でしたかと質問をして
お蕎麦もありますとの応え。
蕎麦のメニューはありませんか?また質問してしまいました。
テーブル上のメニュー版の裏に書いてありますとの返事でやっと見つけました。
多分お酒を楽しんだ後に蕎麦を楽しむお店で、営業が食事がメインでは無かったようです。
それでもメニューの中から肉蕎麦¥800を注文。待つこと10分位で提供されました。
汁を啜り麺を一口。確かに手打ちそばの麺のコシ、そして汁の出汁と返しのバランスが良いですね。
食事のみで入店してとても戸惑いました。
