三ノ輪にある長崎ちゃんぽんのお店。
長崎ちゃんぽん、800円。
注文して５分も待たず、すぐに用意していただけた。
鶏ガラと豚骨の黄金比スープとのこと。
味は濃いのにこってりすぎず、王道のおいしいちゃんぽんスープです。
あぁーうまい。
トッピングの具材がめちゃめちゃ多いのも嬉しい。
イカやあさりに牡蠣まで入った贅沢な海鮮に、きくらげや野菜も充分。
もやしか麺かわからないくらいに多いのが好き。
食べ応えのあるしっかり麺を、スープの絡んだもやしと食べると最高です。
店内は少し雑然とした感じで、長崎グッズがいっぱい。
長崎の観光土産も並んでいたりして、
長崎出身の方がやられているお店なのかな？愛を感じます。
ちゃんぽんて、定期的に食べたくなるんだよな。
新たにちゃんぽんのお店を見つけることができて嬉しい限り。
一口餃子も気になるが、ちゃんぽんだけで充分お腹いっぱい。餃ビーはまたにしよう。
季節限定メニューもあるようだし、ちゃんぽん欲はこちらで満たせそう。
