以前から気にないっていた『C's DINING CLOUD 9（シーズダイニングクラウドナイン）』
なぜ気になっていたかと言うと、店前に「長崎ちゃんぽん」の幟があったからです
三ノ輪駅からは徒歩3分くらいの場所です
英文字店名に異常なぐらい抵抗感があるため今回が初訪問です。。。
なぜ気になっていたかと言うと、店前に「長崎ちゃんぽん」の幟があったから
店内の看板には鶏ガラ豚骨の黄金比スープと書いてあります
麺と紅白はんぺんは長崎直送とのこと
ちゃんぽん食べるのは何かと話題の浅草「喫茶ぐり」で以来なので久々です
長崎ちゃんぽん 1000円
具はいか、アサリ、牡蠣、もやし、豚肉、キクラゲ、青菜、タマネギなど盛りだくさん
スープは野菜やアサリなどの魚介が溶け込んだん優しい味わいです
個性的では無いけど旨味がしっかり感じられるスープです
野菜の炒め具合もいいですね～♪
少しシャキ感も残っていてスープとの一体感も良好です
麺は長崎ちゃんぽん独特の丸麺
ちゃんぽん麺は中華麺とはまた違い独特のコシとモチモチ感があります
スープの底に沈んでいた牡蠣が美味いですね～♪
店内は静かな雰囲気ですし、優しい味わいのスープなので女性のお客さんも多かったです
