熊野前の備長炭焼き鳥 俊で、ランチメニューの濃厚‼︎油そばの大盛とライスを。
麺の大盛とライスは無料サービスですよ。
ちなみにデフォで油そばは1.5玉らしく大盛だと2玉で量が多いですが大丈夫ですか？と聞かれたが、大丈夫ですよと答えた。
まあ、聞く相手を間違えているんじゃないかなと。そんな事は言わんがな。
で、オーダー時に代金を先払い。
油そばが配膳された。なかなかいい感じじゃないですか。この茶色いのは何だ？とちょっと食べてみたら醤油漬けの刻んだニンニクだった。これはメニューに書いておいた方がいい案件だと思うがな。
まあ、自分は問題ないんでまぜまぜ。
混ぜていくと背脂の塊が姿を現してきたのだが。なるほどね、濃厚ってのは背脂って事なのね。
甘めなタレと背脂、麺が絡んでなかなかいいと思う。美味いんじゃないかな。
で、ライスなんだが…これはちょっと…麺を食べ終わってから割りめしとして食べるとちょうどいいかな？
自分の先に来たお客さんが帰る時に支払いをしていたのだが、先払いのシステムじゃないの？
そういうところとかもちょっとなあ？って思ってしまった。
油そばは美味いんだから、何かちょっと勿体無いなあ。
