デニーズ創業50周年を記念して、ミシュラン一つ星レストランレガーロのオーナーシェフ小倉先生が監修したメニューをいただきに訪問しました。
お店に到着するとウエイティング中でしたが、店員さんが待合ブースでも大々的に記念メニューをPRしていました。
現在9/12スタートの第一弾のメニューとのことですが、第二弾第三弾も予定しているとのこと。楽しみです。
本日はもちろんシェフのおすすめコースを注文しました。
・ローストポークスライスとルッコラのインサラータ
・卵と玉ねぎのズッパ
・海老のマリナーラ
飲み物も今日は贅沢に「知多ハイボール」をいただきました。
サラダはさっぱりとしたドレッシングで爽やかなお味。
ズッパはアーモンドがアクセントになり面白い触感でした。とても美味しかったです。
メインのパスタはソースは先生のお味が全面に出ていましたが、麺がイマイチだったかな。
デニーズ50周年。誠におめでとうございます。私がアルバイトしていた時代から30数年･･･。時が経つのは早いものです。様々な研究をされ進化していく未来を遠くから応援しています。懐かしいメンバー懐かしいお味、大切に守っていただきたいです。
