町屋飲み歩き③マチヤバル三角屋でイワシ料理や燻製盛り合わせ

メシコレメンバーでの町屋飲み歩き3軒目はマチヤバル三角屋です。
1軒目：町屋飲み歩き①かくれん穂でグルテンフリーと有機野菜三昧
2軒目：町屋飲み歩き②インド酒場ムンバイでスパイシーおつまみ飲み
1階は3時からオープンの立ち飲み、2階は5時からオープンのテーブル席。
町屋では珍しいヒューガルデン・ホワイト。この日3回目の乾杯です。
お通しはマカロニサラダ。
複数の種類のマカロニにトマトをちらして。
■いわしの骨せんべい
ここのご主人はイワシ料理のお店で働いていたとかで、イワシ料理が豊富。
骨せんべいバリバリ。
■ポテトサラダ
玉子も入った豪華ポテトサラダ。
■燻製盛り合わせ
チーズ、うずらの卵、ササミ、タコ。タコがちょっと珍しいですかねー。
燻製大好き。
■鰯コロッケ
元いわし屋の本領発揮！
いわしのすり身の入ったコロッケです。
魚臭さもなく、旨みたっぷり！町屋にはなかなか無い、オシャレで気軽に飲めるお店。

こういう店を待ってた！町屋バルSANKAKUYAが開店！
■２０１７年２月１３日にオープンしたばかりの新店
町屋にはもつ焼き屋とか串揚げの店はたくさんあるんですが、なかなか立ち飲みのバルって無かったんですよねー。
そんな町屋駅のすぐそばにニューオープンした町屋バルSANKAKUYAへ行ってきました。
1階はカウンターと小さいテーブルの立ち飲み、2階は禁煙のテーブル席です。
昼からやっているのは1階のみで、今回は2階を利用しました。
■生ビールはカールスバーグ
生ビールはカールスバーグ。
瓶ビールはキリンのクラシックラガーでした。
■自家製燻製盛
とりあえず頼んだ燻製盛り合わせ。
うずらの卵、チーズ、ささみです。
手軽で美味い。
■アンチョビコロッケ
中にアンチョビが入ったコロッケ。
結構たっぷり入ってますねー。
■いわしコロッケ
小さいいわしが入ったコロッケ。
じゃがいも感は少なめでいわしフライにかなり近い感じ。
■串バーグ（デミグラス＆マスタードソース）
串に巻かれたハンバーグ。
ソースは3種類でデミグラスソースとマスタードソースを1本ずつにしました。
頼まなかった一本はおろしポン酢です。
■卵黄味噌漬け
ぷるぷるの黄身をキュウリに載せていただきます。
思ってたほどしょっぱさは無く、意外にサッパリ。
■美桜鶏とパプリカのバスク風煮込み
熱々のスープの中にぷりぷりの美桜鶏モモ肉。結構肉々しい。
旨みをたっぷり吸ったスープはバケットで余さずいただきました。
運ばれてきた瞬間にバケットを追加注文して大正解。
■グラスワインは５００円〜、ボトルワインは２２００円〜
さすがバルだけあってワインリストが別にあるんですよ。
ボトルが2200円からとはお得感ありますね。今回は1杯600円の赤白で。
今度は立ち飲みで来てみたいですねー。

■町屋バル三角屋
メニューはバケットを使ったキューバサンド、ホットサンドにトーストです。
自家製のローストポークやブルドポーク、厚切りベーコンエッグなど気になるメニューがたくさん。もちろんガレットもあります。
■モーニングセット
モーニングセットにはソフトドリンク付き。毎朝挽いているというフレンチローストのホットコーヒーを飲みながら料理を待ちます。
■ゴルゴンゾーラ＋鯖ホットサンド
今回チョイスしたのはゴルゴンゾーラ＋鯖のホットサンド。
人参と玉ねぎのサラダと一緒のワンプレートで登場です。
ホットサンドの中にはほぐした鯖、たっぷりのゴルゴンゾーラ、シャキっとした玉ねぎ。
鯖とゴルゴンゾーラ、意外な組み合わせですがこれは思ってた以上に合いますねー。
緊急事態宣言が解除されても朝営業は続けていくとのこと。
町屋駅の近くで良い朝ごはんの店ができました。
