希有のベンガルスポットに
とある焼き肉屋さんに
凄腕バングラデシュ人シェフがいるのに
ベンガル料理を振舞う機会がなく
もったいない！
ということで
ベンガル料理を
作っていただくことになりました。
焼肉マスターキッチン
約5年前に出来た焼肉屋さんなのですが
なんと！
ベンガル料理の名店
プージャーの目の前にあります。
一見普通の焼肉屋さんですが
よく見るとメニューの中に
カレーの文字が・・
店内にはいると
バングラデシュの国旗がさりげなく
掲げてあったりもします。
テーブル席とお座敷があり
のんびりと焼き肉やカレーを
楽しむ事が出来ます。
スタッフはバングラデシュ人と
日本人と複数人います。
シェフはドバイなどの
有名ホテルで働いていた
経験があり凄腕の方。
メニューを開くと
サーロイン炙り握りに
馬刺しユッケ・・美味しそうな
焼肉メニューに心奪われますが
今日はベンガル料理中心の
スペシャルコースを用意していただきました。
●焼き肉
ふぁ～！見るからにおいしそうな
良い感じにサシが入った牛肉！
最近カレーばかり食べているので
焼き肉なんて久し振り！
口の中でとろける・・
某有名焼肉屋さんで働いていた
オーナーさんが選ぶ肉は上質。
美味しくないわけがありません。
●パヤ
焼き肉とは違う
ハラールの牛肉で作ったというパヤ。
2日間煮込んだというパヤは
お肉がぷるんぷるんで骨出汁と
スパイスが程よくきいた
グレイビーがたまらない。
すごくおいしい！！
●ロティ
それに合わせるのが薄焼きロティ。
今まで食べたことない薄く焼かれたロティで
お肉を巻いていただきます。
●ブナ
こちらもハラールの牛肉で作った
ドライタイプのカレーはスパイスフル！
しっかり辛くて旨味が凝縮。
●ビリヤニ
じょいっこの好物チニグラ米で
作ったというビリヤニ。
元々余ったお肉でシェフがビリヤニを作ったら
すごく美味しくて驚いたという話を
聞いていたのですが
お肉の旨味と華やかなスパイスの香りが立って
噂通りめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
●バングラサラダ
こちらもじょいっこの好物！
バングラサラダ
ビリヤニをマスタードオイルが効いた
バングラサラダと食べると
口の中が爽やかに
●パエシ
〆はお米を使ったデザート。
ほんのりとした甘さでコースの余韻を楽しみます。
とっても贅沢で美味しいベンガルコース
控えめに言って最高でした・・
今日紹介したコースはメニューにはありません。
事前に4人以上で電話予約すれば
作ってもらえるそう。
また、今後は
週に一回ベンガル料理デーを
設けるかもしれないとのこと。
