地元に近いお店です。
もつ焼きがうまいお店ですが、私の一番ばもつ煮です。
もつが、やわらかくてもつを嚙み切れなくて食べにくい人にも
いけると思います。白味噌で上品な味です。
ここでのお酒は、いつもホッピーの白です。
中の量もおおく、外1に対して中3でいけます。
もつ焼きも、どれもおいしいです。
ちょっとだけ困るのは、注文のタイミングです。
一人で全てをこなす、スーパー料理人なんで、
すごく忙しそうです。
なので、まとめて注文し、追加はお酒のみにしています。
寡黙なスパー料理人ですが、値段や料理の質を
考えると、すごくお客様思いの料理人と思います＾＾
