自分で作るサンドイッチのお店があるらしいから行ってみよう、と友人が情報を仕入れてきたので行ってみました。
お店に行くまで、友人が言っている意味がよく分からず…でしたが、お店の前に着くと外観からしても雰囲気がよく、古民家カフェ風。そして写真のメニューが貼られていたためさらに期待大。つい最近テレビでも紹介されていたようです。
myサンドイッチの正体は、プレートに様々な具材が盛り付けられていて、それを自由に組み合わせながら自分でオリジナルのサンドイッチを作るものでした。
卵、ツナ、ポテトのサラダグループ。
サーモンのマリネ、合鴨、ベーコン、ソーセージのタンパク質グループ。
ナスのマリネ、トマトとチーズ、ブロッコリーなどの野菜グループ。
ピーナツクリーム、あんこ、イチゴジャム、バナナのスイーツグループ。
それらを食パンのどの位置に乗せようか、何と何を組み合わせようか、など工夫に工夫をしながらいただけます。
目に鮮やかで、バラエティに富んでいて、いろいろなものを少量ずついただける、とても楽しく贅沢なサンドイッチでした。
お料理が残った場合は、単品でも頂けますし1枚50円で追加できます。私は1枚だけ追加しました。
また、ランチのプレートは、額にモザイクタイルをあしらったオリジナルのもので、自分でも自宅で真似てみようと思うオシャレなものでした。
ドリンクは、ランチは＋300円で付けられます。
コーヒーなどもありましたが、手作りバナナジュースにしました。その場でジューサーにかけてくれ、これも大変美味しかったです。
メニューにある他のお料理も大変美味しそうで、もっと欲張りたい気持ちもありましたが、サンドイッチだけでも結構ボリュームがあるので今回はこれだけで大満足。
こちらのシェフは帝国ホテル仕込みの方だそうなので、是非次回はほかのメニューも頂いてみたいねと話しました。
私たちは祝日、開店と同時11:30に入店しました。
でも12時には満席。
待たずに入るには開店間もなくをねらうといいかと思います。
目にも舌にも美味しかったです。
