The atmosphere before entering the restaurant is "Rodeo no Kokoro" located in a quiet residential area. From the outside, a calm atmosphere spreads, and it feels like visiting a hideaway. When you open the door, you will see a warm interior with the warmth of wood. Soft lighting envelops the interior, creating a comfortable and calm atmosphere. When you enter the restaurant, gentle music plays, making you feel relaxed. The waitresses smiled and politely guided us to our seats. Looking at the menu, the salmon meuniere caught my eye. While waiting after ordering, the aroma in the restaurant tickled my nose and whetted my appetite. After waiting for a few minutes, the food was brought to me. The hot meuniere was beautifully presented on a white plate. Juicy salmon was hidden under the crispy batter. When I took the first bite, the salmon was soft and melted in my mouth. The batter was light, crispy on the outside, and moist inside. The sour and salty tastes are perfectly balanced, and the delicious flavor of the salmon fills your mouth. The accompanying vegetables are fresh, and the colorful appearance whets the appetite. The exquisite cooking method brings out the flavor of the salmon to the fullest, and every bite brings a sense of happiness. When I left the restaurant after my meal, I felt a sense of satisfaction and relaxation.
