亀戸ホルモンの流れを汲むという人気店、下町町屋ホルモン弘で飲んできました。
カウンターで一人七輪。
■ホッピー
お酒はいつものホッピーから！
■闇盛り(ミニ)
焼き物は名物の闇盛。ミニサイズでもこの量です。
レバーやミノ、シロコロなど、もう何がなんだかわからないくらい盛られています。
ホルモンなのでよーっく焼き。
ジューシーでこってり。ホッピーで洗い流すようにガツガツ食べます。
これがなかなか減らない。嬉しい。
■焼き野菜盛り合わせ
野菜も摂ろうと思い焼き野菜の盛り合わせ。
椎茸、ピーマン、人参、玉ねぎ、ナス。一人分で盛り合わせてくれました。
■和牛ハラミ
和牛ハラミの良いところが入ったと聞いていたのでもちろん注文。
柔らかいのに肉々しい！
〆にめし(中)と韓国海苔のふりかけも注文。ハラミをおかずにいただきます。
韓国海苔のふりかけは量が多いかなーと思ったけどこれがそのままでもイケる。
パリポリかじりながらお酒もOK。
ごま油でコーティングされているのでご飯に載せてもヘニャヘニャしないです。
たっぷりホルモン焼きを楽しめました。
コロナの影響で4/20から休業するとのこと、再開が楽しみです。
