お目当てのお店に入れず急遽こちらへ
以前から亀戸ホルモン初代吉田で修行した
店主がオープンしたお店と情報を得ており
BMしていたお店です。
入店が遅かったのでほぼラストオーダー
ビール、ウーロン茶、レモンサワー
・レバー 700円
・生ロース 1350円
・コムタンスープ 白 600円
・煮込み 550円
・冷麺 880円
レバーは綺麗な四角でビックリ！
新鮮なのね、ぷりぷり
生ロースは一見美味しそうですが
でも正直、見た時に
切り口が気になっていました。
繊維を平行ではなく、垂直に切ってるのがわかります。
これ、筋があると食感が悪くなってしまうのよね
やはり残念ながら噛み切れず
顔の筋肉を動かす作業に労を費やしました…ｲﾔﾀﾞ
煮込みやコムタンスープは凄く美味しいです。
温まるし味もしっかりしています。
ラストオーダーが終わったいましたが
無理を言って冷麺を作ってもらいました。

入り口のお客さん煙草吸ってたなぁ…
この界隈、ホント焼肉屋さんいっぱいです。
