土曜日の夕方行きましたが、事前に予約しようとしたら、まさかの予約不可でした。
土日は予約できないみたい。
なので、夕方18時に行ってサクッと入れました。もう少し遅いと入れませんでした。
ホルモン色々ですが、一番はレバーです。
ほぼレバ刺しと言わんばかりの角を取りまくったレバーを、ほぼ色がつくぐらいのしゃぶしゃぶ感覚で、炭に乗せて食べることができます。
これレバ刺しやろ？ってくらいうまいです。ちょっと違う料理のようです。レバーと塩とごま油の間違いない饗宴です。
本当うまくておかわりしました。
他は丸ホルモンとか、なんちゃらホルモンとかを、ご飯にバウンドさせて食べましたが、これもすごいうまいのですが、本当レバーがうまくてすべて持ってかれました。
