【食べた感想】
麺は中細の縮れ麺で表面はｶﾘｯと揚げ焼きされ香ばしく中はややﾓﾁﾓﾁとした食感(*^^*)
豆腐は絹ごし豆腐でｷﾒが細かく滑らかな豆腐を使用している(*^o^*)
そのせいか豆腐は結構崩れているが表面積がひろがるため味がよく絡んでいる(≧▽≦)
辛味の成分は豆板醤とﾗ-油でﾗ-油は本格的な物を使用(^o^)
辛さは少しﾋﾟﾘｯとくる程度なので辛いのが苦手な人でも大丈夫だと思われる(^ー^*)
逆にﾈｷﾞがちょっと辛味が強くﾈｷﾞの風味が主張している(^_^)
豆鼓からの旨味が少し感じられやや本格的な麻婆豆腐のお味(*^^*)
挽肉からの旨味が少し弱い(^-^;)
塩気は丁度よく少し油っぽいが中華料理としてはだいたい標準的な油分に思う(^-^)
