町屋駅から7〜8分歩いた尾竹橋通り沿いのお店を発見‼
気になる存在ではあったのですが、駅からの微妙な距離感がネックとなりなかなか足を運べずにおりました(^_^;)
平日の13時頃の訪問で8割ほどの客入りとなかなかの盛況ぶり。
8丁目ソバの食券を購入。
厨房を背にするカウンター席に腰を落ち着かせ程なくするとソイツの登場。
いわゆる特製的な存在でしょうか。
チャーシュー増量・味玉・ワンタンと賑やかな具です(^^)
先ずはスープを一口。
なるほど、和な雰囲気を漂わせたスッキリとした仕様。実にとっつき易いスープですね～
細ストレート、しなやかな麺。
スープとの相性も上々かと(^^)
チャーシューはミシッとした歯切れ。
ワンタンもなかなか存在感アリ(*^^*)
上手くまとまった印象の一杯でした(￣ー￣)ｂｸﾞｯ!
うん、美味しかったです。
駅からの距離も然程気にならなかったし、つけ麺とつけソバの違いもきになるので、早めの再訪となりそうです(^^ゞ
